So guess what!
I’ve been suffering from the worst case of the flu possible, throwing up 12 hours straight yesterday, just awful. Anyway, I’m just recovering and can’t wait to do my exercises tomorrow!

I’m at home and I’m struggling, it’s hard because my life isn’t doesn’t have a routine here. It’s hard because everywhere I look there’s homemade food, fatty foods, junk food galore…my little brother’s snack bin and all the cravings come back. I’ve only been home for three full days and I already feel a bit crappy from all the junk food.

Schooling.
As I’ve mentioned so many times before, I am in University- which means I am a student and I have a lot of stuff to do around here. However, I am making time tomorrow between classes to go to the gym and workout, I’ve had a sudden huge motivation tonight, and I just wanted to share with you guys that there ARE no excuses.

ESSAY MADNESS!
I have an essay due friday and it’s stressing me out! So after lunch I’m going to do a good hour- hour and a half at the gym to
a.) get my daily workout in and b.) get this stress out of my body.
I go on reading break in just three days which means I’ll be going home for a whole week, it’s for sure going to be interesting. I’m excited to see what the scale says on...

Classes!
So as you guys all know - I’m a university student, meaning I actually have classes and work and tests and all that jazz. Today I’m so busy that I’m going to have to go to the gym tonight, late after my last class at 10pm.
Here’s to hoping I stick with it!

Hike!
Another great way to exercise is by HIKING. I forgot how much I loved it, I went with a few friends of mine and we had such a great time. I got back and my entire shirt was soaked with sweat. One hour well spent in my busy day. On another note, I have yet to have a drink of pop today, not saying that I’m quitting, but I am for sure cutting back!

Only three days until weigh in.
Ahhh I can’t stop thinking about it! I’ve been doing pretty good this weeks since I want to be under 200 before I go home on the 17th!

February 4th
I had a really really really good workout this morning! I biked 7.8 miles (140 calories) for 20 minutes
I did the elliptical for 1.7 miles (90 calories) for 13 minutes I also did weights for arms today and 50 crunches! I did the tredmill for awhile, all ending in about 1hr, 20 mins of a workout! :D SO GOOD.

My 8 am workout was a joke, I woke up and laughed - then continued to sleep. However, I am about to leave! Here I go….

January’s weight loss waaassss….
10 POUNDS!!! THAT’S RIGHT! I COMPLETED MY FIRST WEIGHT GOAL!!! Actually, I beat it by one. This morning’s weigh-in was 204. How awesome is that?
Pretty damn awesome. I am now 1/8th done with my journey. :)
