I had a really really really good workout this morning!
I biked 7.8 miles (140 calories) for 20 minutes
I did the elliptical for 1.7 miles (90 calories) for 13 minutes
I also did weights for arms today and 50 crunches!
I did the tredmill for awhile, all ending in about 1hr, 20 mins of a workout! :D
SO GOOD.
