I’m at home and I’m struggling, it’s hard because my life isn’t doesn’t have a routine here. It’s hard because everywhere I look there’s homemade food, fatty foods, junk food galore…my little brother’s snack bin and all the cravings come back. I’ve only been home for three full days and I already feel a bit crappy from all the junk food.
I’m pretty sure tomorrow I’m gonna be cautious of what I eat and try to get some wii fit time in. (Let’s be real, it’s so much fun)
So to be honest, I’m struggling at home, but I’m going to correct it.
I know it’s okay to mess up, we all do at some point of time, I can only hope this doesn’t happen again during break!
