So as you guys all know - I’m a university student, meaning I actually have classes and work and tests and all that jazz. Today I’m so busy that I’m going to have to go to the gym tonight, late after my last class at 10pm.
Here’s to hoping I stick with it!
I’ve also recently subscribed to fitness magazine! They have a lot of great tips, recipes, workouts and more! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good source.
Hey everyone…I know I’ve been AWOL again…
But in the last few weeks I have finished my first semester of University, turned 18, and have had the Christmas madness of being back at home! I have decided that 2012 has to be my turn around year, because I need to get on track to being happy and my weight is preventing that. I know what I need to do, I just need to make sure I follow through and keep routine so that I can get to my goal by Christmas 2012 (135lbs!)
2012 is right around the corner! I have so many new health goals, so many ideas to start brewing!
