My name is Alayna, I am 18 years old, and I'm a second year University student at Trent studying Cultural studies, going through for Music Therapy.
I've been overweight my whole life and this year- 2012 is my year to make a difference in my life and to dedicate this year to losing weight and to become healthier.
I am hoping to be an inspiration to my little brother and my family. I'm doing this on my own- and I'm going to succeed!

TAKING A STAND

A year ago…I was graduating high school.
A year ago…I made a video about my weight loss. I had lost 30 pounds

THIS YEAR. THIS SUMMER. I am taking a stand.
I am making a video from now…to christmas.
I’m hoping to get as close to my goal weight as possible by Christmas, and by then I hope to be happier and to post that video to here, youtube, facebook, to anyone who will listen. I hope that I can make an impact and help change lives.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Today & Tomorrow I will be fixing up my page, and making it wonderful (hopefully).

So this is officially UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Sorry if it looks messy at times, it should be done within the next day or two.

Also, while coming home I did gain some weight back since my last known weigh in- my next weigh in is THIS FRIDAY MAY 4th. I’m going to go get my workout in for the day!

SUMMER

I’ve officially been on summer vacation for 2 days now, and tomorrow I am making myself a HOME GYM downstairs!!!

THE TIME IS NOW.

Hoping to lost 20 more pounds before I move into my house in august.

Sorry I’ve been awol, but now I am home- It’s time to work, to do this for not only myself, but for my brother and my family. I want to make everyone proud, and to live my life. By my 19th birthday in December, I hope to be everything that I can be.

I weighed in this morning, and I actually lost 2lbs!!!! I’m 196.4!!!! I actually can’t remember the last time I weighed this…holy crap in a hat!

I went on a two hour walk today!
It got up to above 20 degrees shorts and tshirts got pulled out today!

So my computer crashed on thursday due to my psychotic roomate, whom I’m happy to say no longer lives here. (YAY)ANYWAYYYY!  198.8lbs!!!!!!!! I lost another pound! AHHH So exciting! It gives me the biggest motivation ever!Next weigh in is this friday!!! :)
